Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our U.S.-based fulfillment center. We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment will depend on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@zorevexa.com.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

Zorevexa is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged or if your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@zorevexa.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Zorevexa LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@zorevexa.com — we will do our best to update it before the order is processed.


Free Shipping Promotion

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the cart subtotal meets the threshold. This offer does not apply to expedited or overnight shipping.
