Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your original order date.
Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a refund under our guarantee.
Refunds apply to product purchases only and do not include original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@zorevexa.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return.
Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
If a return shipment is required, we will provide you with a prepaid return label (for US orders).
Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund posted to your account: 5–7 business days after approval (varies by bank or card issuer)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@zorevexa.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our 30-Day Guarantee.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, log in to your account or contact us at info@zorevexa.com. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-Day Guarantee policy.
